- zu Teams in Organisationen und zu Teamentwicklung
- zu Organisationen, Konflikten, Organisationsdiagnose, Organisationsentwicklung
- zum Thema Arbeit im Wandel
Alternierende Vorlesungs- und Übungseinheiten
- Vorlesungseinheiten: Vortrag
- Übungseinheiten: Textlektüre, Diskussionen, Gruppenpräsentationen

Assessment and permitted materials

Anwesenheit und Mitarbeit in den Übungseinheiten, Ausarbeitung eines Arbeitsanalyseverfahrens (Gruppenarbeit), Lektüre eines Kapitels zu guten Interview-Fragen (Einzelarbeit), Durchführung und Präsentation sowie schriftlicher Bericht einer Analyse (Gruppenarbeit), Abschlussprüfung

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

- Anwesenheit / Mitarbeit
- Ausarbeitung eines Arbeitsanalyseverfahrens als Poster (Gruppenarbeit) (25%)
- Bearbeitung eines Kapitels zu guten Interview-Fragen (Einzelarbeit) (15%)
- Durchführung und Präsentation einer Analyse + schriftlicher Bericht der Analyse (Gruppenarbeit; 45%)
- Abschlussprüfung (15%)
