Aims, contents and method of the course

Target of the seminar is to give an hands-on insight in the daily tasks of HR (Human Resources) - Managers in different types of companies.
Content of the seminar: we will discuss different HR-related topics e.g.
* Recruiting and onboarding of employees
* Performance- and talentmanagement
* Training & development
* Employee-satisfaction and engagement

Approach:
* theortical and practical inputs to give an overview to the topic
* group-work during the seminar
* online-search as preparation between the seminar-days

Assessment and permitted materials

Monitoring of the regular attendance and of the active participation in the group-works in the seminar, delivery of preparation-tasks between the seminar-days and of a final concept regarding a topic of the seminar

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

+ max. of 20% missing attendance-hours
+ delivery of 2 out of 3 preparation-tasks
+ delivery of a concept at the end of the seminar
