Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Im Seminar werden wissenschaftliche Grundlagen und praktische Umsetzung der Stressbewältigung bei Einsatzkräften behandelt. Der Schwerpunkt liegt in der Vermittlung von Grundlagen der Notfallpsychologie sowie in der kritischen Auseinandersetzung mit dem Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) Konzept nach Mittchell und Everly.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
-Anwesenheit an mindestens 5 Terminen
-insgesamt 100 erreichbare Punkte (Prüfung: 60 Punkte, Arbeitsgruppe 30 Punkte, Mitarbeit 10 Punkte)
-Notenschlüssel: 0-50 Nicht Genügend, 51-60 Genügend, 61-70 Befriedigend, 71-90 Gut, 91-100 Sehr Gut
-insgesamt 100 erreichbare Punkte (Prüfung: 60 Punkte, Arbeitsgruppe 30 Punkte, Mitarbeit 10 Punkte)
