Das Seminar soll soweit wie möglich vor Ort stattfinden. Für jene die vor Ort nicht teilnehmen können, wird es eine hybride Lösung geben. Sollte es aufgrund hoher Infektionszahlen nicht mehr möglich oder sinnvoll sein das Seminar in Präsenz zu halten werden wir auf Zoom wechseln.

Aims, contents and method of the course

Ziel der Lehrveranstaltung ist es den Studierenden Einblicke in Veränderungen in Arbeit, Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft zu gewähren, so dass diese kritisch reflektiert und diskutiert werden können. Die behandelten Themen dabei sind unter anderem Digitalisierung, Flexibilisierung, neue Organisationsformen und die Veränderung der Bedeutung der Arbeit. Die Themen werden immer auch aus der Perspektive der Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie und deren Theorien betrachtet. Lesen, reflektieren und diskutieren von Fachliteratur werden dabei eine zentrale Rolle spiele.

Prüfungsimmanente Lehrveranstaltung:
- Präsentation + Moderation einer Diskussion
- Aktive Beteiligung an den Diskussionen

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

- Anwesenheitspflicht (max. zweimal unentschuldigtes Fehlen)
- Präsentation + Moderation einer Diskussion (60%)
- Aktive Beteiligung an den Diskussionen (30%)
- Schriftliche Reflexion (10%)
