Das 2-semestrige Seminar ist ein zentrales Element des Mastercurriculums.
Im ersten Semester (SS 2023) wurden thematische Inhalte theoretisch vertieft erarbeitet. Literatur kritisch gelesen. Seminararbeiten bzw. Posterpräsentationen erstellt
Im zweiten Semester (WS 2023/24) werden, aufbauend auf den theoretischen Grundlagen, die zuvor erarbeitet wurden, empirische Studien durchgeführt und ausgewertet. Die Ergebnisse werden am Semesterende öffentlich präsentiert (Vorträge, Posterpräsentation).
Vertiefte theoretische und empirische Auseinandersetzung mit einem wesentlichen aktuellen Themengebiet der Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie.
Das Seminar findet hybrid statt (Präsenz und Online jeweils nach Vereinbarung)
