Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Flexibilität: Arbeitsanforderung oder Arbeitsressource; Tagebuchstudien zu New Ways of WorkingNach Möglichkeit sollten die Studierenden des Forschungspraktikums II auch das gleichzeitig angebotene Fachliteraturseminar von Prof. Korunka besuchen. In beiden Lehrveranstaltungen werden jeweils die gleichen Themen aus theoretischer (Fachliteraturseminar) und empirischer (Forschungspraktikum 2) Perspektive bearbeitet.Die beiden aufeinander abgestimmten Lehrveranstaltungen thematisieren zeitliche und örtliche Flexibilität von ArbeitnehmerInnen sowohl als Arbeitsanforderung als auch als Arbeitsressource. Im Seminar für Fachliteratur werden Aspekte dieser Thematik theoretisch und literaturgestützt bearbeitet. Im Forschungspraktikum II werden dazu inhaltlich abgestimmte empirische Studien durchgeführt.
