Aims, contents and method of the course

Psychological coaching supports individuals and teams with focusing questions and interventions to define targets, to activate personal resources and to develop and set steps to their wished future. The students gain insights in the topic of psychological coaching for adults. The students learn to use coaching skills. They reflect fields of application and practical cases.
