Evidence based assessment (EBA) of mental disorders in children and adolescents.

- experimental assessment of cognitive biases in mental disorders

Assessment and permitted materials

- attendance and participation
- weekly homework: short essay about the paper
- presentation
- practical exercise: use of EBA- or experimental measures with one subject (to be organized by the student)

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

- to understand what EBA is and why it is important
- getting aquainted with different EBA measures
- critically reflecting the use and benefit (incremental validity) of clinical assessment tools
