Aims, contents and method of the course

[AIMS and CONTENT] Course will be in English!
The course teaches the programming and theoretical knowledge necessary to run behavioural/psychophysical experiments using MATLAB and the Psychophysics Toolbox. At course completion students should be able to independently program and run visual psychophysical experiments.

[METHODS:]
The course consists of recorded or live streamed lectures and practical (in person) sessions if possible. For the practical sessions the number of participants will be limited to 10.

Assessment and permitted materials

The final grade consists of in-class participation, weekly homework, written MATLAB scripts.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Matlab skills are an advantage (but not a must, this course is for beginners!).

Examination topics

Will be discussed in class.
