Aims, contents and method of the course

In recent years, more and more psychologists are working in the field of organizational developement.. The seminar is for getting the knowledge in the practical application fields of economic and organizational psychology. These selected areas are grounded in theory, to study and evaluate research results and practical techniques and methods learned about in the course. The focus in (!) the course is the practical implementation. The theoretical foundations and the theoretical knowledge is worked out by the participants of the LV and contribute further to the LV in the context of different jobs and tasks to be. An above-average performance and a high willingness to become actively involved, are therefore the absolute requirements for participation in this seminar.
