Aims, contents and method of the course

The general aim of this literature seminar is to sensitize students for controlled theoretical work - especially in the context of their diploma theses. In particular students learn to critically reflect the historical and cultural context of psychological phenomena and theories. This is achived through close readings of seminal texts and research literature pertaining to the heterogenous field of cultural psychology.

Regular attendance; active participation, seminar paper, mid-term-papers
