Aims, contents and method of the course

o Selected topics of Leadership & Organisational Change.

Assessment and permitted materials

o Anwesenheit und aktive Teilnahme an der Lehrveranstaltung;
o Präsentation‘ bzw. Gestaltung des Themenschwerpunktes;
o Handout als Beitrag zu einem Reader.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

o Students learn through application, discussion and personal contacts about practical implications of change in organisations.

Examination topics

o Bearbeitung von Schwerpunktthemen in Kleingruppen.
o Gestaltung eines Halbtages (4h) je Arbeitsgruppe.
o Einbringen von Praxisfällen, Analyse und theoretische Aufarbeitung von Praxisfällen (durch Interview, Fallstudie, Gastreferent,…).
o Präsentation der Ergebnisse der Gruppenarbeit in der Veranstaltung.
o Diskussion.
