Aims, contents and method of the course

Betreuung einer Kleingruppe von StudienanfängerInnen des aktuellen Semesters als Student Advisor im Rahmen der UE Supervised Orientation Tutorium (STEOP Pflichtmodul A2) & Supervision im Rahmen der UE Psychologische Fertigkeiten II: Praxis und Arbeit als Student Advisor.
Inhalte:
- nonverbale Kommunikation,
- Gesprächsführung und Gesprächsstrukturierung
- Gesprächs- und Fragetechniken
- Aufbau, Ablauf und Elemente eines (klinisch-psychologischen) Erstgesprächs
- schwierige Gesprächssituationen

Assessment and permitted materials

- Arbeit als Student Advisor
- Anwesenheit und Mitarbeit in der UE
- Reflexionsaufgabe am Ende des Semesters

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

- Praxis als Peer MentorIn
- Unterstützung von StudienanfängerInnen beim Studieneinstieg
- Festigung der eigenen studienrelevanten Kompetenzen
- Kennenlernen grundlegender Inhalte der psychologischen Gesprächsführung

Examination topics

- Betreuung einer Kleingruppe von StudienanfängerInnen (online, präsent)
- Vorbereitung und Supervision in der UE
- Theorie-Input durch LV-Leitung
- Rollenspiele, Diskussion und Reflexion

Reading list

Literatur bezüglich psychologischer Gesprächsführung wird in der Übung bekannt gegeben und auf Moodle zur Verfügung gestellt
