Diplomarbeiten werden laufend in folgenden Themenbereichen vergeben:

- Unbewusste visuelle Verarbeitung von Farbe und Kontrast
- Surprise Capture
- Visuelle Aufmerksamkeit bei der Verarbeitung natürlicher Reize
- Prior Entry
- Mind Wandering
- Optical Flow
- Dynamische Szenen

Methodisch umfassen die Studien behaviorale Messungen (Reaktionszeiten etc.), Augenbewegungen und EEG.
