Aims, contents and method of the course

Die Vorlesung bietet eine Einführung in die Entwicklung und Funktionsweise des politischen Systems der Europäischen Union. Behandelt werden u.a. die Geschichte der Europäischen Union, die Triebkräfte von Vertiefung und Erweiterung, das Zusammenspiel der Institutionen auf und zwischen den politischen Ebenen, die Rolle von Wahlen, Parteien und Interessengruppen sowie Erkläungsmodelle für den Integrationsprozess.
Die Vorlesung bietet auch die Möglichkeit zur Diskussion der Inhalte der LV.

Gemischte Single/Multiple-Choice Prüfung am Ende der LV.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Die Prüfung besteht aus 40 Fragen, für die jeweils maximal 2 Punkte vergeben werden, dh. insgesamt können maximal 80 Punkte erreicht werden. Für eine positive Note sind mindestens 36 Punkte erforderlich.

Der Beurteilungsmaßstab lautet wie folgt:
80-66 Pkte = sehr gut
65-56 Pkte = gut
55-46 Pkte = befriedigend
45-36 Pkte = genügend
< 36 Pkte = nicht genügend

Examination topics

Die Prüfung basiert auf den powerpoint-unterstützten Präsentationen des LV-Leiters, die über Moodle verfügbar gemacht werden, sowie den mündlichen Erläuterungen und Ergänzungen.
