Aims, contents and method of the course
Assessment and permitted materials
1) Final bachelor thesis IN ENGLISH (= 50% of final mark)
The final paper should be between 25-35 pages long. The deadline for the paper is March 31, 2016 (11 am). Any special arrangements need to be discussed with the instructor.2) 1 Oral presentations (= 30% of final mark)
max 30 minutes between November and January.3) Active class-room participation (= 20% of final mark)
Every student presentation is evaluated by the other students, using a special evaluation form. The completed forms will be taken into account when grading the project.

- Identify interesting research questions in a sub-field of political science.
- Identify and conduct an original piece of research (Bachelor thesis), which demonstrates students analytical and research skills in the field of political science.

- Critically evaluate the research of others.
