Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
The research practice (FOP) will simulate debates in U.S. “Think Tanks” (among others Brookings Institution, Heritage Foundation, Council on Foreign Relations, Center for a New American Security) on topics of the U.S. Foreign Policy such as: America and Europe, Disarmament and Nonproliferation, economic crisis, Afghanistan and Iraq, climate change, and others.
Assessment and permitted materials
Participation and absolute presence are compulsory. Participants are required to present and discuss the various topics while representing the individual U.S. Think Tanks and Departments of Universities. The participants also should regularly write short research papers.
