Aims, contents and method of the course

The course is structured through a series of exercises which break down components of thesis-writing, and ongoing group work and peer review.

Assessment and permitted materials

- peer review and micro exercises to advance the project: 20%
- participation. Not more than one absence permitted: 20%
- literature review by mid-semester: 25%
- Advanced writing progress by end of semester: 25%
- presentations: 10%

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Completion of all of the above is mandatory

Grading Scale:

1 (Excellent): 100 – 90 points
2 (Good): 89 – 81 points
3 (Satisfactory): 80 – 71 points
4 (Sufficient): 70 – 61 points
5 (Insufficient): 60 – 0 points
