Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Die Vorlesung ist besonders auf Sozialwissenschafter ausgerichtet. Sie bringt einen Einblick in ausgewählte Anwendungsbereiche des Völkerrechts wie Vertragsrecht, Diplomatenrecht, Seerecht etc. Außerdem werden die geschichtliche Entwicklung der Disziplin dargestellt, sowie aktuelle Problemstellungen und Lösungsansätze diskutiert.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Schriftliche Klausur. Dabei soll ein Fallbeispiel durchgearbeitet werden.
