Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
The lecture gives an overview of the different areas of strategic communication with a focus on strategic organizational communication. Students will first learn about the defining elements and history of the concept before gaining insights into the concepts of corporate identity, corporate branding, reputation, crisis and complaint management, intercultural aspects of stratcom and communciation controlling. A guest lecturer from practise will furthermore give insights into the application of strategic communication in a large intergovernmental organization.
