Aims, contents and method of the course
Assessment and permitted materials
Für die Beurteilung ist aktive Mitarbeit ebenso erforderlich wie eine etwa 5-seitige Arbeit, die einen Aspekt von Konfliktmanagement / Mediation genauer beleuchtet
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Die Studierenden gewinnen einen Einblick in Konfliktmanagement und lernen Ansätze eines mediativen Umgangs mit Konflikten kennen. Auch soll die Lehrveranstaltung einen Überblick über Möglichkeiten und Grenzen der mediativen Streitbeílegung (in der Wirtschaft, im Arbeitsleben, in familiären Konflikten, etc.) geben.
Examination topics
Neben theoretischen Inputs gibt es die Möglichkeit zu Diskussion, Rollenspiel, Einzelarbeit und Kleingruppenarbeit
