Aims, contents and method of the course
Assessment and permitted materials
Neben der aktiven, konstruktiven Mitarbeit jedes/jeder Einzelnen während der Lv-Einheiten und den Abgaben von Zwischenübungen während des Semesters werden auch Leistungen und Präsentationen der Projektteams zur Beurteilung herangezogen.

- Grundlagen und Funktionsweise von Projektmanagement im Teamzusammenhalt
- Teambuilding und Teamworking
- Leistungs- und Schwächenanalyse innerhalb von Projektteams

- Be- und Erarbeitung sowie Realisierung von Schwerpunktprojekten (tlw. in Kooperation mit externen PartnerInnen)
- Projekt-und Teamreflexion
- Grundlagen und Funktionsweise von Projektmanagement im Teamzusammenhalt
- Teambuilding und Teamworking
- Leistungs- und Schwächenanalyse innerhalb von Projektteams
- Projektplanung
- Be- und Erarbeitung sowie Realisierung von Schwerpunktprojekten (tlw. in Kooperation mit externen PartnerInnen)

Examination topics
Während des laufenden Semesters wird Team- und Projektarbeit praktisch, theoretisch und reflexiv bearbeitet werden. Dazu werden Projektteams entstehen, die eine konkrete Projektplanung erstellen und dieses Projekt auch realisieren werden. Während der Onlinephasen ist es notwendig, sich mit dem eigenen Projektteam zu organisieren. Dazu steht auch die Moodle Plattform zur Verfügung.
Reading list
Literatur wird in der LV und über Moodle bekannt gegeben und während des Semesters selbst recherchiert werden.
