Soziale Kompetenzen (Wahrnehmung schärfen, Selbstkompetenz, Teamfähigkeit, Führungskompetenz); Teamwork (Rollen und Phasen in Teams, Sitzungsmoderation, Ideen- und Entscheidungsfindung in Teams); Gruppenstrukturen und Gruppenprozesse (Gruppendynamik, schwierige Situationen in Teams, Konflikte); Projektmanagement (Projektplanung und Projektorganisation)
Assessment and permitted materials
Aktive Mitarbeit in den Übungen und Rollenspielen - bewertet nach Punktesystem.
2 schriftliche Arbeiten im Unfang von je 4 Seiten A4 - Reflexion der Übungen und Analyse der Inhalte mit Theoriemodellen aus der Literatur

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Die Arbeit in Teams "erfahren" und "erleben" - in Form von Übungen und Rollenspielen. Einen "Werkzeugkasten" für die Arbeit in Teams und in Projekten kennen lernen und ausprobieren. Hintergründe und Methoden durchleuchten und verstehen.
Examination topics
Vortrag und Präsentation der Inhalte aus der Perspektive der Praxis und theoretischer Modelle.
Praktische Übungen und Rollenspiele mit anschließender Diskussion und Feedback.
