Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

In der LV sollen aktuelle öffentlich-mediale Debatten zu Gender und Feminismen analysiert und dabei der Frage nachgegangen werden, welche AkteurInnen in welchen Foren und thematischen Kontexten Geschlechterfragen thematisieren und welche Wissensbestände, Geschlechterkonzepte und Argumentationen dabei verhandelt werden. Dabei sollen durchaus unterschiedliche Themenfelder in den Blick genommen werden. Einen aktuellen Bezugspunkt bildet das 100-Jahr-Jubliäum des Internationalen Frauentags, der alljährlich zum Anlass für Aktionen und Medienberichte genommen wird.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Theoretisch fundierte Auseinandersetzung mit Problemstellungen feministischer Medienforschung und Erprobung von Umsetzungen in konkreten Forschungsvorhaben.
