Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Students will become familiar with qualitative analysis methods. The course will focus on verbal as well as visual communication research.
Stepwise development of a research report with instructor supervision, and presentation.

Assessment and permitted materials

On-time completion of all assignments: concept incl. research design (max. 30 points), presentation (max. 15 points), research report (max. 55 points)
Grading scale: Very good: 90-100, good: 80-89, satisfactory: 70-79, just sufficient: 60-69, insufficient (failed): <60

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Full completion of all assignments, max. missing hours: 3 units (90 minutes each)
