Aims, contents and method of the course
Die LV zeigt eine Übersicht über die Veränderungen der traditionellen Medienökonomie durch digitale Medien und Plattformen und durch geändertes Nutzungsverhalten einschließlich von Beispielen aus der neuen Medienwelt, die auf die vorhandene gewirkt haben. Am Ende der LV stehen Gruppenpräsentationen, deren Ziel es ist, anzuzeigen, ob die Inhalte der LV verstanden worden sind.
Assessment and permitted materials
Eine schriftliche Aufgabe zu Beginn und eine Gruppenpräsentation am Ende ergeben die LV-Benotung.

Aims, contents and method of the course
Objectives : Teaching the basics of web-based content management systems (CMS) for the creation of online magazines. Teaching the basics of Social Business Software for project communication and collaboration.Content: How does a CMS work? Frontend and backend of a CMS using the example of a WordPress installation. The use of plugins and themes to extend the functionality of the CMS. WYSIWYG editor and page builder. What is Social Business Software Examples of social business applications (Trello, Slack, MindMeister, Google Docs)Methods: Lecture , guest lectures , discussions , exercises (blog posts and collaboration exercises)

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Continuous Participation. At least 75% attendance. Preparation of one group work and one individual assignment
