Aims, contents and method of the course

Was ist Redaktionsmanagement? Die LV soll einen Überblick über Qualitäts- und Personalmanagement in Redaktionen geben. Ein Schwerpunkt wird auch dem Thema "Crossmediales Arbeiten" gewidmet. Die Lehrveranstaltung soll aber insbesondere dazu anregen, die verschiedenen Formen des Redaktionsmanagements und die daraus resultierenden Konsequenzen - kritisch - zu reflektieren. Insofern wird es in der Vorlesung auch sehr stark um eine ethische Dimension gehen.
