Kenntnisse und Verständnis über interpersonelle Kommunikation und sozialer Interaktion
Kenntnisse und grundlegende Anwendung theoretischer Modelle
Kenntnisse unterschiedlicher Kommunikationsformen
Reflexion und Analyse von Kommunikationssituationen mit Hilfe theoretischer Auseinandersetzung

1. Abgabe einer schriftlichen Kommunikationsanalyse (unter Einhaltung wissenschaftlicher Kriterien) zum jeweiligen Prüfungstermin (näheres siehe moodle)
2. schriftliche Prüfung (kein MC)
