Aims, contents and method of the course

This lecture gives an overview of the social structure and the development of social inequality in Austria.

Assessment and permitted materials

Written exam at the end of the lecture (in german!). Dictionaries are - after consultating the persons in charge at the exam - permitted.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Basis for grading: up to including 18 points inadequate (F), 18,5-22,5 points sufficiently (D), 23-27 points satisfactory (C), 27,5-31,5 points good (B), 32-36 points very good (A).

Examination topics

The lectures are complemented with texts and presentationslides provided on the Moodle-Platform.
