Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Being successful at work is a determining factor of being healthy. The relationship between health and work will be discussed in this seminar, given that the working situation has an effect on lifestyle, living conditions and wellbeing in general.
For two semesters, the focal point will be the working situation of persons integrated in long-term care. Related to an intervention project on health prevention the process and results of intervention will be evaluated.

Assessment and permitted materials

Immanent control of achievements via reviews and reports.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

The acquirement of competences related to the evaluation of real projects, is the main goal of this course. By establishing appropriate tools, students will support the project. Relevant questions for an empirical study will be elaborated in teamwork, in doing so a research work has to be generated in small groups.
