Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Das Seminar dient der Themenfindung u. Besprechung geplanter Masterarbeiten in theoretischer und methodischer Hinsicht primär im Kontext der Forschungsspezialisierung von Organisation u. Gesundheit.
Assessment and permitted materials
Wiederholte Präsentation des eigenen Forschungsvorhabens; Feedback auf die Forschungsvorhaben der KollegInnen; Schriftliche Dokumentation des Arbeitsfortschrittes;
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Je nach Stand des Forschungsvorhabens: Erstellung eines Konzeptes für die Masterarbeit oder inhaltlich/methodische Weiterentwicklung der Forschungsarbeit.
Examination topics
Präsentation und kritische Reflexion der geplanten Arbeiten (Konzept, Forschungsdesign, theoretische Einbettung, methodische Vorgangsweise). Systematische Feedbackschleifen (Peer-Review Verfahren).
