Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
A social order looks like a liturgy of social figurations. These are concentrated as terms of game and process but it is forgotten, that every process is a consequence of an apocalyptic view on a human existence. Meanwhile we understand laws much more in terms of a game and it became usual to analyze social realities as social processes. A good example is the Austrian constitution, in a common understanding much more a rule for political games. Now we see in this transformation of a political framework a "sociologized" law or constitution, more and more a game without democratic reflections. Therefore the political loyalities became weak and are showing a dominance of a political game.
