Aims, contents and method of the course

Die Lehrveranstaltung gibt einen Einblick in das Forschungsfeld der "Arbeitswelt". Die Exkursionen in Betriebe stellen die Arbeits- und Lebensrealität(en) von Beschäftigten in den Mittelpunkt. Einen zentralen Schwerpunkt dabei bilden die Interessensvertretungsstrukturen von ArbeitnehmerInnen wie Betriebsrat und Gewerkschaft.

Assessment and permitted materials

Students take place in the excursion, they develop a systematic paper and make a concrete fieldresearch in groups.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Ziel der Lehrveranstaltung ist es einen Einblick in die Arbeitsrealität von Beschäftigten und die Handlungsspielräume betrieblicher Interessensvertretungen und von Gewerkschaften zu geben.
