Aims, contents and method of the course
Ein relevanter Bereich der anwendungsorientierten Organisationssoziologie widmet sich Problemen der Organisationsberatung. Die Lehrveranstaltung gibt einen Überblick über unterschiedliche Theorieperspektiven, die einer organisationssoziologisch aufgeklärten Organisationsberatung zugrundeliegen können. In anwendungsbezogener Absicht werden behandelt: Ansätze der Organisationsentwicklung, des organisationalen Lernens, des Wissensmanagements in Organisationen, u.a.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Ziel ist die Vermittlung unterschiedlicher Konzepte der Organisationsgestaltung, die unter anwendungsbezogenen Gesichtspunkten diskutiert und kritisch hinterfragt werden.
Examination topics
Vorlesung in Verbindung mit Seminar. Diskussion, Fallstudien, Gruppenarbeit.
