Kenntnis zentraler Begriffe und basaler Konzepte der Soziologie; Verständnis und Erkennen relevanter soziologischer Fragestellungen; Einführung in die Sicht- und Denkweise der Soziologie; Verständnis für Strukturen, Entwicklung und Probleme der österreichischen Gesellschaft; Befähigung zur themenspezifischen Informationsbeschaffung (Literatur- und Datenrecherchen), Informationsselektion und -präsentation

Bearbeiten und Diskussion von Texten, Literatur- und Datenrecherchen, mündliche Präsentationen (mit Handout), schriftliche Übungsarbeiten
