Aims, contents and method of the course
In different fields of society we can observe the decline of social norms. It includes also the public institutions. Some behaviors are not more a substance of privacy, if You look an 2Twitter" or "facebook". A private behavior becomes a public one. You can see it during the challenge of US-american policy in the last time or in published crimes by Weinstein or Epstein. Now in a new political structure You can see in the relation between political power and atrocity.
