Aims, contents and method of the course

Der erste Teil der Veranstaltung bietet einen Überblick über organisationssoziologische Studien sowie eine Einführung in die qualitative Analyse von Organisationen. Im zweiten Teil der Veranstaltung sollten die TeilnehmerInnen in kleinen Gruppen auf der Basis des im ersten Teil erworbenen Wissens eine kleine empirische Studie (Entwicklung einer Forschungsfrage, Erstellung eines Forschungsdesigns, Erhebung, Interpretation und Reflexion sowie eine schriftliche Darstellung der Ergebnisse in Form einer Seminararbeit) durchführen.
