Aims, contents and method of the course
Assessment and permitted materials
The assessment will be in the form of a final exam in which students will be asked to write short essays on topics covered in the lecture.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
In the exam students must show their knowledge of the topics covered as well as their independent critical analysis of them. There will be a strict check for plagiarism.
a) Maximum number of points that can be achieved: 100
b) Minimum requirement for a positive result: 50 points
c) Scale of marks:
91 - 100.....points Grade 1
78 - 90.......points Grade 2
64 - 77.......points Grade 3
50 - 63.......points Grade 4

The lecture will also cover the evolution of European migration policies and summarize the current state of dealing with policy challenges in the context of depopulation and population ageing in Europe.
The course will be given in the form of a lecture that will be recorded with the video as well as the Power Point slides used available on Moodle.
