Aims, contents and method of the course

Die Vorlesung bietet eine Einführung in die deutschsprachige und internationale Medizinanthropologie (Medical Anthropology, Medizinethnologie bzw. Ethnomedizin), ihre Ideengeschichte, ihre Themen und Relevanzen. Erörtert werden insbesondere folgende Themen/Aspekte:
Die Studierenden haben einen fundierten Einblick in die Ideengeschickte, den gegenwärtigen Diskussionsstand und die gesundheitspolitische Relevanz der Medizinanthropologie und kennen die wichtigsten Ansätze, Konzepte und Diskussionen.
Vorlesung mit PowerPoint-Präsentation. Die LV wird durch eine e-learning-Plattform unterstützt.

Für eine positive Beurteilung müssen 50% der möglichen Punkte erreicht werden.
