Aims, contents and method of the course

Fleshing out a research topic and research questions for the master thesis, developing methods and theories for the specific topic and a time schedule for the master thesis.

Assessment and permitted materials

active participation, presentation (opt. with PPP) and handout, preparing group discussions, submission of an exposé.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

At the end of this course students will be able to present a specific topic, adequate methods and theories, research questions and a schedule for their master thesis.

Examination topics
