Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The master's course is aimed at students who are planning to write their master's thesis or are already in the writing process. The course serves to implement concrete topics in research questions as well as theoretical and methodological approaches and is therefore oriented towards the thematic and methodological requirements and interests of the participating students.

This means that the students have decided on a topic and therefore already have
- formulated a research question,
- researched relevant literature,
- thought about the methodological approach/decided on a methodical approach,
- created a preliminary structure
- & a schedule

It is assumed that the students have critically examined their own positioning in the research process (cf. Haraway 2008) and are preferably interested in decolonial or decolonial-feminist issues and methodologies.

The course serves to provide mutual advice as well as critical discussion and reflection of the research process by the participants. Individual coaching is an essential element.
