Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The main target of this course is to learn the basics of statistics and the basics of how to develop a questionnaire. This course shall enable students to conduct a quantitative survey, analyse the data so that it is useful for their master thesis.

Participation in class (including conducting the survey [group work]),
assignments (basics of statistics),
seminar paper [group work]

Presence during classes
3 assignments
Conducting the survey (group work)
Handing in a seminar paper (group work)

Univariate and bivariate statistics
Develop a questionnaire and conducting a survey
