Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

While the first 3 sessions in Vienna will cover the framing of research questions and respective research methods, the 2 sessions in Armenia will focus on the actual ongoing research. The final 2 sessions in Vienna will then be devoted to field data analysis.

paper of 12 -15 pages on a particular subject
one interview transcript
log book of field research
Deadline for submission of all course requirements paper and end of September 2015

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

In the seminar the field practice in Armenia will be prepared by offering support in finding and developing a research question, giving inputs on research methods, their application and the analysis of field data.
