Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The course will deal with theories which were and are important for development research. Such theories will be presented and discussed by participating students. The aim of the course is to get to know these theories, to understand them and to be able to criticize them.

Assessment and permitted materials

Work in class (0-3 points), oral presentation (0-3 points), term paper (0-5 points)
Deadline for term paper: 30.09.2020

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

6 points: sufficient, 7-8 points: satisfactory, 9-10 points: good, 11 points: very good.
