Various forms of social and interpersonal violence can become an issue. Together, we will agree on how to deal with this so that everyone is able to participate (safely) even if the content is incriminating. Methods: Work is done in small groups and joint discussions as well as with the methods introduced by the students (in German and/or English). Contributions to the discussion can be made in any language and only then translated into German or English. In case of structural or personal barriers, disadvantage compensation is possible.
Students decide for themselves how they want to work on ground of (gender-) scientific literature the content they have chosen themselves in the course and are allowed to determine or develop their own methods in their contribution. The results of the work are then discussed in the large group and theoretically contextualised by the lecturer. All working materials are saved, updated with each appointment, linked together and made accessible on the Moodle learning platform.
