Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Students gain increased knowledge on the topics of the courses and confidence in using them. This is achieved by solving exercises and finding simple proofs, and by discussing the solutions of other students.

Assessment and permitted materials

Presentation of solutions to exercises, active participation in the discussion of the presentations of other students, and ticking on at least 66% of the exercises. In addition, there will be two or three written tests, whose results will be part of the marks.

Group 4

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

50% of the test score, two correct presentations and ticking on 66% of the homework are necessary to pass the course. A slight deficiency in one of these areas can be compensated by an increased performance in another one (but not the percentage of ticked exercises).
