Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The aim of the seminar is the implementation of mathematical contents of secondary level 1 by video learning scenarios - Sekundarstufe 1 (univie.ac.at).
The video learning scenarios should be motivating moments for flipped classroom, distance-learning or simply for "relearning".
Interested students should send a short letter of application to: elisabeth.merwald@ph-noe.ac.at. Application deadline: 5.2.2021
The seminar participants create 2 video cycles each for one topic . During the plenary sessions, feedback is given through collegial coaching and problems are worked on together. The participants work in the form of lesson study groups.
Mentors provide ongoing support and supervision. First a storyboard (similar to a lesson plan) is created, considerations are made on the use of materials, didactic requirements, etc. Professional frameworks serve as theoretical support. After joint constructive-critical editing, the videos are shot. The feedforward process contributes to intensive professional and didactic discussion. The video learning cycles are published on the MmF website with the name of the author and are thus available to everyone.
