Aims, contents and method of the course

We focus on so-called ordinary differential equation (ODE) and discuss basic ideas, notions, and methods.

Outline of topics: basic concepts and first examples, existence and uniqueness of solutions, classic types and explicit solutions, linear systems, linear ODE and systems with constant coefficients, nonlinear autonomous systems and dynamical aspects
