Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

We discuss some topics from the theory of ordinary differential equations
(by means of theorems, examples, counterexamples):

- uniqueness versus non-uniqueness (integral inequalities, Osgood criterion,
structure of the solution set)

- global existence versus blow-up (Lyapunov functions)

- stability versus instability (linear, nonlinear)

- phase plane analysis
