Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

This course focuses on topics in finite elements methods for the approximation of partial differential equations. The main part of the course will be dedicated to the recently introduced virtual element method. Further topics may depend on students interests and may include specific applications or a posteriori error analysis for adaptive methods.
